Cornbread
Ingredients
- 2 cups AP flour
- 1 cup cornmeal
- ½ cup (8 tablespoons) melted butter
- 1 ¼ cup milk
- 3 eggs
Instructions
- Grease 9×13 inch pan or skillet
- Preheat oven to 350F
- Mix dry ingredients in one bowl
- Mix wet ingredients in a second bowl, being careful to not scramble eggs
- Mix wet and dry ingredients, being careful to not over mix batter
- Bake until golden (around 30-40 minutes), test with toothpick method
