Cornbread

Ingredients

  • 2 cups AP flour
  • 1 cup cornmeal
  • ½ cup (8 tablespoons) melted butter
  • 1 ¼ cup milk
  • 3 eggs

Instructions

  • Grease 9×13 inch pan or skillet
  • Preheat oven to 350F
  • Mix dry ingredients in one bowl
  • Mix wet ingredients in a second bowl, being careful to not scramble eggs
  • Mix wet and dry ingredients, being careful to not over mix batter
  • Bake until golden (around 30-40 minutes), test with toothpick method
